Conscious leadership starts with presence. It is not performative. It requires a commitment to show up fully for and as ourselves, to get intensely curious and kind about our motivations, our triggers, our biggest fears and bigger visions. It’s an inside job. It requires courage to stay open to the question of what is trying to happen in any given moment. To simply, though not easily, sit in the fire and as The Dude says, abide.

Navigating organizational change - consulting & workshop training
Custom workshops and optional follow-up coaching programs designed to address the challenges of diverse work teams. Using a specific systems approach we explore such topics as; the psychological process of navigating change, recognizing, understanding and transforming conflict, communication meta-skills building and how to move forward in a good way.
